Business Traveler
The hotel looked great overall. Staff was friendly. It was convenient to have a mini-fridge in the room. Internet access was a plus. Enjoyed the sitting area in the room and swivel flat screen.

This hotel experience was great. The only downside was that after leaving the Atlanta airport, the shuttles for the Marriott Hotels were very poorly marked. It turned out there were two different Courtyard shuttles, and we got on the wrong one (because it was not marked well) and it cost us an hour of our time. When we finally did catch the correct shuttle, it only had a tiny courtyard logo, and it had logo of another hotel all over the outside of the shuttle, very confusing. ...read more

Senior Traveler
We booked this hotel for parents landing in Atlanta in freezing rain/snow, so that they didn't have to drive home till the next day, when better weather was forecast. Unfortunately the shuttle, after 4 phone calls, failed to appear...but the hotel paid for a cab. 45 minutes waiting in freezing rain. Shuttle in morning also not available...hotel paid for a cab again back to the park&fly, and also comped breakfast.
